Enhanced Connectivity: The Future of Your Commute at Amazon Falls
At Amazon Falls, we are dedicated to providing a lifestyle that balances modern convenience with the tranquil beauty of the Treasure Valley. We are excited to share that upcoming highway developments are set to make your daily travels even more seamless.
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) is currently constructing a full, state-of-the-art interchange at the intersection of State Highway 16 and State Highway 44 in Star. Located just moments from our community, this project is designed to handle significantly higher traffic volumes and drastically improve the flow of your commute.
What This Means for You:
· Faster Access to Major Hubs: The new interchange will feature a partial cloverleaf design, similar to the Franklin Road interchange in Boise, facilitating effortless travel between SH-16 and SH-44. This means quicker trips to Meridian, Nampa, and downtown Boise.
· Expanded Roadways: SH-44 is being widened to three lanes in both directions near the interchange to reduce congestion and keep you moving.
· Free-Flow Traffic: A new "loop" on-ramp will allow for free-flow westbound to southbound traffic, eliminating the need for high-volume left turns and reducing wait times at signals.
Experience the perfect blend of luxury living and effortless connectivity. Your journey home to Amazon Falls is about to get even better.
